Boy...the CM Freebies sure has some "plain white bread" performers in those cuts. Most of them I've never heard of, and the few I have are pretty obscure sorts. They look like American artists who have carved out a small career in Europe. SS

Wow, great link! Love the Grieg performance they have available. I think I'll hold off on downloading what they have on Handel, though; Furtwangler working the Op. 8 concerti is highly worrisome! :shock:

Op8?? That's not only worrisome (which it certainly is where F is concerned) but highly unlikely! 8)

Actually it was Op. 6, but my statement stands! Nothing good can come from Furtwangler when he gets a hold of Handel!
